Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned prior to your return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and address it appropriately.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products are non-returnable, including perishable items (food, fresh flowers, plants, etc.), customized items (special orders, personalized items, etc.), and personal hygiene products (beauty products, etc.). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item and purchase a new one separately after your return is accepted.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a valid reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We'll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and disburse your refund.
