About Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase, so please keep your purchase confirmation email safe.

Returns or exchanges for the following reasons cannot be accepted.

・Returns due to customer reasons (such as differences in image, fit, or color perception)
・If it falls within the measured size listed on the product page
・Products that have been worn or used

About return shipping costs
If a return due to customer reasons is approved, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

In cases of product defects, incorrect delivery, or clear discrepancies with our listed information, we will cover the costs.

Refund

We will notify you once the return has been received and inspected. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to be credited.
